I purchased Mass effect 2 for xbox and registered the extra content on my bioware account but it's not showing?

I just purchased Mass effect 2 for my xbox 360 and I pre ordered it so I got extra content. I registered all the content on my bioware account but it is not showing up on my xbox. I've heard there's been a lot of confusion about this so I was wondering how to resolve it.I purchased Mass effect 2 for xbox and registered the extra content on my bioware account but it's not showing?
1. Is your EA Account email address different than your Xbox Live one? Then you're screwed. You'll have to Contact Bioware "Contact Us" Page.



2. After you Input the code, did you downlaod anything? If you downloaded anythign on your computer, then you are screwed. You have the code for Mass Effect 2 PC Version



3. If you have the same email address and did not download anythign on your computer, then turn off xbox, log into game. It should say that you are connected to Cerberus Network.



4. Go to Extras--%26gt; Downloadable Content--%26gt; Download everything.



5. Play through First Part of Game, go into closet and Select your Armor in "Type"

if it is a code then go to your xbox start menu (im talking about the big button on the 360 controller)

your screwed like me u probably already had a ea account from a previous game and u added the code to a different email address that's not linked to your xbox live account. that being said i dint know what they are going to do and i messed up my terminus armor by adding it to a new email and my xbox live account is linked to my old email. and get this there is not changing or deleting old ea accounts. FML.
