How do you get loyalty missions in mass effect 2?

I started playing Mass effect 2 and I really want to do the loyalty mission for MirandaHow do you get loyalty missions in mass effect 2?
recriut 4-5 members of your squad and do the mission on horizon you'll start to get requests from kelly to speak to your squad members after this....(for their loyalty missions)
It will get available as you progress thought the game, specifically after a mission on a planet called Horizon. After that mission you will have to travel to the planet Illium, take Miranda with you in the landing party and meet Lanteia at Eternity Bar.

I think the Horizion mission is about the 8 or 9 mission.

Unless it is a dlc character (Kasumi, Zaeed), the loyalty quests aren't triggered until after the completion of Horizon. Horizon triggers one you have recruited Mordin, Garrus, Jack/Subject Zero and Grunt. Jacob's loyalty mission always triggers first, Miranda's second. By opening the option up, ya have to talk to Miranda, she will then ask Shepard for help, and the loyalty mission will open up in the galaxy map on Illium.
When you're talking to them in-between missions, you have to get the right responses to gain friendship and/or loyalty. Basically try to be a nice friend/boss to Miranda/others. If you want to be really sure you can check out guides like the ones on gamefaqs.com. You have to wait until after Horizon to do Loyalty missions. Then if you just talk to her, it'll come up.
