What the diffrence between Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 rather than the 360?

Hi I was wondering is there a difference between Mass Effect 2 for the PS3

Do you get more content and is there more game play?

Are the Graphics improved?

Is there more downloaded content?

Thanks for your help in advance. What the diffrence between Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 rather than the 360?
First of all, I have ME2 on PC and played neither the 360 version nor the PS3 demo so this is my unbiased impression:

Content:

PS3 has all the DLC. Some people say the DLC is free but that's wrong. It's included, not free (big difference). The Xbox 360 version of ME2 costs $20 and the DLC costs an additional $33, so with a $60 price tag the included DLC is more expensive than on the 360.

There are less bypass and hacking minigames, since they were annoying in other versions. This is a good thing. because there is only one disc you don't have to swap discs. Xbox owners had to swap discs twice.

Graphics:

The graphics are slightly different but not necessarily better. Facial textures are less detailed, but shadow effects are better. The framerate can go higher than on the Xbox 360 but framedrops are also more frequent. Lots of people complained about screen tearing (lack of vsync) in the demo, especially during prerendered cutscenes.

Extra:

There's an interactive comic that retells ME1 and lets you make story decisions. I've seen the preview on YouTube and they leave out a whole lot of information and at one point even alter one of the major plot twists. Whoever wrote the comic does not understand the Mass Effect story so you may be better off looking at a playthrough on YouTube. The comic also doesn't mention the geth, which are crucial in the storyline. What the diffrence between Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 rather than the 360?
I played the demo for Mass Effect 2 on the PS3 and I couldn't see any difference between that and the 360 version, of which I have completed 2 full playthroughs. While the PS3 version comes with the dlc already on the game, it is not the last dlc to come out. I can't find where, but somewhere on the Bioware forums it was confirmed by a developer that "Lair of the Shadow Broker" was not the last dlc before Mass Effect 3 and that the last dlc will bridge the story of Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3.What the diffrence between Mass Effect 2 for the PS3 rather than the 360?
The ps3 version of the game contains every piece of DLC the 360 version had, but for free!
Also comes with an interactive motion comic that lets you take key desisions from the previous game and import them to Mass Effect 2. The Graphics on the PS3 version may look a little better due to the new Mass Effect 3 Engine.

In all honesty, is all that worth an extra 拢27 more? I dont think so, its still essentially same game at the end of the day.
