What are the Mass Effect decisions that affect Mass Effect 2?

And also, do any of the small decisions from side missions (like killing Dr. Heart/Saleon for Garrus, shutting down the rogue VI at the training base on Earth's moon) affect Mass Effect 2? Do you think it's likely that any of them will affect Mass Effect 3?

Thanks! What are the Mass Effect decisions that affect Mass Effect 2?
Mass Effect was nearly perfect. It was tightly written, graphically impressive but the combat system was a little lacking. It's no secret that BioWare was intently watching people play Mass Effect through a system that catalogued and sent all your decisions back to them. They took this information and did something almost unpressidented, they took peoples peaves from the first game and actually took them into consideration for the second game! Mass Effect 2 is as perfect a game as I've played on the 360. I've been through all the Battlefields and Calls of Duty and Halos and Gears of Wars, but there is nothing to compare to this series.

Good answer from Namir. If you let anybody live, you will meet them again.

The decisions you make don't actually make a huge amount of difference in Mass Effect 2. They change who you meet and the dialogue a bit. It's fun, nonetheless.
